These Beautiful Quaint cottages built in 1936, we have recently restored in 2022 for your comfort and enjoyment. They offer bright and airy vaulted- beamed ceilings with views of the bay. These 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom dockside cottages are nestled on .75 acre, located in the Oldest Historic Fishing Village of Cortez. Our accommodations offer privacy with waterfront entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. We also offer Venue packages which utilize our entire property and all accommodations for small functions up to 100 guests. It is a short block to Cortez Rd. and a bike, car ride or walk over the bridge to our beautiful Gulf Beaches and Anna Maria Island. It is within close proximity for walking or biking to many local restaurants. These gorgeous waterfront cottages offer a charming historical exterior, and a beautifully updated interior, with new flooring and paint, while savoring the old Florida style feel with original porcelain sinks & beams. All of our cottages offer T.V’s in the living room and bedrooms and WIFI. The kitchens are fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

You will not find anything more unique than the renovated 1000 Sqft. Boathouse, with wrap around bar overlooking the bay. Surrounded by Coconut Palms and mangroves makes it the perfect place to enjoy cocktails and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy breakfast and coffee in this common area while on your dream vacation or plan your next venue and utilize our entire space and accommodations. There is a BBQ grill on the westside deck for your convenience. The beautifully courtyard lit up with tasteful lighting leads to our historic waterfront “net camp” also offering an additional area for relaxation and/or entertaining. The boathouse itself leads to our private 150ft dock where you can bring your boat!! Come and enjoy this piece of paradise and make memories that will last forever!
