Grouper cottage has a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a small bunkroom for small kiddos. It has an open-concept floor plan with vaulted, beamed ceilings. There is a deck off the bedroom, which leads to the back courtyard, dock and fire pit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal.
*Private driveway parking for 1 car with additional parking in the adjacent lot.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
